Ancillary investment services (operations)

• Acceptance and execution of clients’ orders for transactions with securities or derivative financial instruments;
• portfolio management of individual investors;
• providing investment advice;
• placement and underwriting of securities without obligations;
• placement and underwriting of securities with an obligation;
• carrying out operations with securities or derivative financial instruments at their own expense as a member of the central depository and stock exchange;
• margin trading.

Auxillary investment services (operations)

• managing the client’s securities accounts, as well as carrying out transactions related to the loading of securities or derivative financial instruments with liabilities;
• lending to investors in the form of loans or other forms to conclude transactions with securities or derivative financial instruments;
• conducting investment research and financial analysis related to securities or financial derivatives;
